Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and can't create, upload or publish with GetLocalised, including its AI features.

Last updated 1 October 2026

This policy applies to everyone using GetLocalised and to everything created, uploaded or published with it, including text and images made with AI features. It's part of our Terms of Service.

What GetLocalised is for

Researching markets, writing and localizing app store listings, designing store screenshots and graphics, and publishing them to app stores you control. AI image generation is for app store creative: screenshots, backgrounds, device scenes and graphics about your app.

Not allowed

You may not use GetLocalised, or any of its AI features, to create, upload, store or publish:

  • Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, pornography, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive or provocative material of any kind.
  • Anything involving minors in a sexual or exploitative way. We report it to the authorities.
  • Violence and gore: graphic violence, self-harm, or content that glorifies or incites violence.
  • Hate and harassment: content that attacks or demeans people for who they are, threatens, or bullies.
  • Deception: deepfakes, face swaps or images of real people without their consent; impersonating people, brands or apps; fake reviews, ratings or testimonials; misleading claims about what an app does.
  • Illegal or dangerous content: weapons, drugs, fraud, scams, malware, or anything that breaks the law where you or your users are.
  • Infringement: other people's trademarks, logos, characters, artwork or screenshots you don't have the rights to.
  • Store policy violations: anything Google Play or the App Store prohibit in listings, including keyword stuffing and misleading metadata.

AI safeguards

Prompts for image generation are screened by automated moderation before any image is made, and uploaded images are screened before they're stored. Prompts and images that are refused or flagged go no further. Blocked requests are logged, and repeated ones pause image generation for the workspace. We may also review content reported to us. Don't try to get around these checks, for example by rewording a refused prompt.

Abuse of the Service

Don't probe, overload or attack the Service, share accounts to get around plan limits, scrape it, or use it to send spam.

What happens if the policy is broken

We may refuse a request, remove content, suspend publishing, or suspend or close the account, depending on how serious the breach is. Where the law requires, we report illegal content to the authorities.

Reporting

Report content or behaviour that breaks this policy to [email protected] or through the contact page.
